RFB Custom Prints - Return and Refund Policy

Because all items are made-to-order and custom-pressed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong size/design, contact us within 7 days of delivery at rosharonfrenchiebreeders@gmail.com and include a photo. We’ll make it right!

Custom Designs:
We do not offer refunds on custom design orders once your item has been pressed.
